My love for pickles inspired me to establish a company that started in a movie theater prep kitchen and eventually relocated to my older sister's bakery. My passion for pickles began as a hobby, experimenting with various brine recipes and pickle flavors during my downtime at the theater. As my pickles gained popularity among friends and colleagues, I saw an opportunity to turn my hobby into a business.

With the support of my family, I moved my pickle-making operations to my sister's bakery, where I could expand production. The bakery's commercial kitchen provided the perfect space for me to hone my craft and develop a unique line of artisanal pickles.

Committed to supporting the arts, I decided that a portion of the proceeds from my pickle sales would go towards producing independent films and supporting the California Independent Film Festival. My goal is to give back to the creative community that continues to inspire me.
